Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my work! Currently we do not offer refund or exchange of custom products such as signed poetry and book copies, custom poetry etc..

Other Merchandise Returns: 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition. Return shipping is not covered and all return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will try to resolve things to best of our abilities.

Signed Copies:

Unfortunately, signed  or personalized purchases including prints, books, or any such merchandise are non returnable and non refundable.

Digital Products (E-books, PDFs, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital products, all e-book sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience any download issues, please reach out for assistance.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email anjum@anjumwrites.com with your order number and issue details. We will respond as soon as possible to resolve the matter.

Please note to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded and  are final sales.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
